About Strada Systems

Strada Systems is a Montreal-based consulting firm specialized in retail planning, buying, and distribution: the business processes behind those decisions and the systems that run them.

Retail runs on decisions, and their results are usually read through high-level metrics: comparable store sales, sell-through, inventory aging. Those numbers tell you how a channel or a collection performed. They rarely tell you which decision made the difference, or whether the credit belongs to seasonality, weather, or a trend. Our work closes that gap: making processes consistent enough that decisions can be isolated, compared, and learned from, without flattening the instinct that good retail depends on.
